  1. Had a quick look.. it seems predicated on the idea that REM is the most important phase of sleep. But I thought the deep sleep phase was essential, and to get to that you need longer sleep periods. Sceptical!

    But 5-6 hours at night plus a nice nap would be my ideal :)

  2. i like the site you linked to. if Bucky Fuller tried the nap/work routine for a long time, that’s inspiring. i imagine one would get a lot accomplished.

  3. 8 hours. 8 hours is my dream. I don’t care what they say about those little nap-bits. 8 hours.
