…to imagine this with the background music I used this morning: Staying Alive, the Beegees. If you need lift-off, the Beegees are the go-to guys.

And yes, I know I need to stretch out more fully. And pull the camera back. Still, it was fun.

Hi Tova! It’s funny ’cause I felt like my feet we about two feet off the floor and as if my back was arched. Then I saw the picture. But it felt totally joyous, and maybe that’s what really counts.

That’s a Niiiiice mayurasana ( you need my stick on jelly wide angle lens) but music, while practicing, the beegees, (shock horror and shaking of head).

yeah, i have a picture of me doing what really felt like a bird in flight, but in reality was just barely off the ground. yours looks marvelous

Haha! It was Krishna Das all through practice, but when I got to karandavasana/mayuraana/nakrasana, I needed something more. I think it’d be so funny to play the Beegees at the shala. Mondays can be Disco Day?
