1) Actually simulates a stretch the chiro did with me.
2) Includes the quote: “I’m only gonna show you on one side, because you’re not idiots.”
3) Offers some hilarious advice on where to get relationship advice.

I was going to watch this, but then I noticed it’s 8 minutes and I have attention deficit today. But guess what! I just ordered a set of eight, chakra tuning forks. Yes now I can take breaks from my energy book and lie around tuning my chakras…

Right? It’s funny on so many different levels: his mixing of genres (“Yo, yo, Plato here — whazzup!”) his tangents, his casual cursing, his accent, his attitude. The comment about removing the glass from the table before using it as a tool (“Don’t want to slice my femoral artery”) cracks me up every time. I don’t know — I think I love it because it’s unselfconscious & probably pretty much how the inside of my mind works when I am noodling around with my own version of naive bodywork.

Hahaha! The guy is using a coffee table as a special hip-opening device, and teaching others to do the same. Perfect naive bodywork.

hi Karen, happy new year. a new thing for me, i read the comments before commenting. haha. in any case, i was going to say the same – this is a very funny video, and for all of the reasons mentioned. it’s delivered with honesty and simplicity, like how one would talk to a family member. the reference to getting the girl back webpage is funny too. and i agree that it illustrates how our mind works- rambling all over the place. it’s 2:00am and i should be sleeping, but i haven’t adjusted to China time yet.

I caved in and watched the whole thing… and very glad I did. I think I love him. He rolls his eyes (I’m big on eye rolling) and the cussing is absolutely hilarious. So is the long tangent on relationships… I can’t believe he actualy said, “back on the knob”.

Yup, the eye rolling is top notch! And the ironic glances at the camera. I totally get a kick out of this guy. And yes, I laughed my head off at “back on the knob.” This video really makes me love humans.
