I was a skeptic (and I joked mercilessly about them to my students for years) but then I got a set and...whoa! Love them. Regarding your foot - you may want to let a podiatrist have a look. It's amazing information, but I can only wonder if it's really worth it. I mean animal mutilation and experimentation simply to confirm theories...it's a tough pill to swallow. For me I think it detracts a little from the information, exciting as it is.
