hi Karen
you're so funny with the shorts story and comparing Pincha Mayurasana to the ski and rifle biathalon. but i agree with the feelings in pincha. it does feel unstable at times. Alfia wrote of DwiPadaing by herself. Seems something i've got to master.
hugs

Karen, it is SO fun reading about your practice for some reason... I mean, you make your experience come alive, it's not just written like a list of what you did today. I'm happy you had a juicy practice and that my LBH testimonial helped you through! Remember, you have that cold Durvasana dream...

Shorty shorts! I do find that bare legs help sometimes, but then there's the super slick sliding deal that ruins it all. I sweat from every pore of my body, so even if I wipe down, I'm already drenched again by the time I try to hold a slide-y pose!

Hilarious (and horrifying) that the heat was on. It was 103 here today, if the heat was on, I would have just rolled out the door and kept rolling until I landed in a pool.
