Posted in current events on 10/19/2008 03:15 pm by karenI’m not in California, but for those of you who are: Proposition 2, an initiative that will appear on California’s November 2008 ballot, requires that cows, pigs, chickens, and other farm animals “be allowed, for the majority of the day, to fully extend their limbs or wings, lie down, stand up and turn around.”
It seems like the least we can do for them.
