That's just my list of the dynamic ones. I like the idea of them as exuberant (which is a kind of energy that falls midway between aggressive and lazy)--but finding this "full expression of the posture" isn't always easy....

I am still working out the answers to some of them.

I love these insights about connections in the system. But then, I love systems. :-) All of the poses you mention have a peculiar kind of exuberance. Did you identify them as the dynamic postures in the system just by virtue of practicing them, or did a teacher point this out? Levity for third, huh? Yup, I can see where you'll definitely need it to get off the ground.

"The joke is that I have to roll up and over to make my escape, hanging on to my ankles the whole way." And, furthermore, do it again on the other side.

This is the first of five dynamic postures in 2nd (tittib, karanda, nakra, supta urdvha pada vajrasana): and there is a joke embedded in each one. The sequencing is so brilliant on a physical level, but also has this component of connecting you with your sense of humor, whatever it might be. (I don't know if third would be possible without that levity.)
