Picture day
Posted in ashtanga yoga on 03/02/2007 09:01 am by karenI missed picture day at the shala last week, due to an early morning meeting. I guess the turnout was low, because Volleyball Guy brought the camera again today.
I had pictures taken in the the “hanging back” dropback prep pose, in urdhva dhanurasana, and in supta kurmasana.
Pictures happened after folks finished their practice, so we were all hanging out, watching and chatting. Very nice.
Unbelievably good adjustment in bhekasana today. Gosh, I love that pose. It’s so weirdly playful.
